Store use and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details secure. The store may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity, to introduce malicious code, to scrape protected content, or to interfere with other users.

Products and availability

We present pottery, tableware and kitchen pieces using the descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, options and availability shown on the relevant product page. Screen settings and production variation can affect how colours or finishes appear. Please review the product page before ordering. Availability can change, and placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless the store or checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes, delivery charges, duties or conversion costs may be shown or calculated separately where applicable. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, payment concerns, suspected misuse or delivery restrictions. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Discounts and sale presentation

Promotions, discount codes and sale prices are subject to their displayed conditions, availability and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or applied retrospectively. A sale label does not alter statutory rights. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery availability, charges and order handling are explained in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund handling are explained in the Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies form part of these terms. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law and the delivery arrangement presented at checkout.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store text, layout, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except for personal shopping use or as permitted by law. The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability and separate terms are outside Denby Pottery's direct control.

Disclaimers and liability

The store is provided on an available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, liability will be limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from the relevant transaction and will not include indirect business losses arising from personal consumer use.

Changes and contact
